Stress / Anxiety
Stress is a natural reaction designed to protect us from a threat. It serves to put us under tension in order to get us out of a tricky situation. Normally, this fleeting sensation is intended to disappear once the danger has passed. Today, however, the feeling often lingers and becomes more intense, causing palpitations, rapid breathing, insomnia, nausea or headaches, and even mental and physical exhaustion.
With hypnosis, we create a new response to the external stimuli that cause stress and anxiety. We calm the physical reaction to remove the discomfort, and focus on calming the mind to restore a lasting state of serenity.

Between 1 and 4 sessions are usually enough to resolve the problem, depending on its severity. Sessions can also include self-hypnosis techniques to reinforce the work done in the office.
