Fear is a natural and very useful emotion which, in the course of our evolution, has kept us alive in the face of danger. Phobia, on the other hand, is an intense and often disproportionate reaction to a seemingly harmless situation or object. Our rational side is overwhelmed by an irrational fear, preventing us from functioning.
You can "unlearn" to be afraid of certain things or circumstances. Hypnosis helps you to desensitize, master and free yourself from this fear, so you can regain serenity and quality of life.

Depending on the problem, between 1 and 3 sessions are generally enough to resolve it, for so-called "simple" phobias. The number of sessions depends on the severity of the phobia. Depending on the case, self-hypnosis techniques can be taught to reinforce the work done in the office.
