Consultation procedure
During the initial contact and anamnesis, we will define the objective of the session. Hypnotherapy takes place in three phases:
The induction phase
Absorbed in our perceptions and imagination, we focus on the "here and now", gradually relaxing and unwinding.
The hypnotic trance or hypnotherapy phase
Your mind bypasses the critical factor and works towards the desired change, towards the set mission.
The emergence
Your mind returns to focusing on the external reality of the moment.

For the first session, allow between 1h30 and 2h30. Subsequent sessions, if required, last around 1 hour.
